Ultimate-E 包含所有維生素E的自然同分異構體。天然維生素E提供保護，免受自由基的氧化作用，包括脂質過氧化物和單線態氧自由基。伽馬-天然維生素El抑制環氧酶，而阿爾法-天然維生素E似乎對這種酶沒有顯著影響。人類研究比較伽馬- 和阿爾法-天然維生素在飲食中的不同影響（伽馬比阿爾法多），發現混合組比單獨的阿爾法組，DNA保護得更加好。
